Turkish artists were also keen on Pakistani biryani, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail said.
Leading characters of Turkish drama serial Ertugrul visited Karachi as brand ambassadors. Imran Ismail termed the visit of the delegation as a step towards advancing friendship and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismail held a press conference at the Governor House where a Turkish delegation comprising actors of drama serial Ertugrul Ghazi was present.
Bamsi and Turgat, artists of the famous Turkish series Tughral Ghazi, also turned out to be interested in Pakistani biryani. They met Governor Sindh and ordered a biryani meal.
Actor William, who played the role of Turgut in a popular Turkish drama, said that he was very happy and excited to come to Karachi, especially to eat biryani.
On this wish, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail said that
If you can tolerate chillies, we will definitely feed them.
The Turkish actor said that
Thanks to Sindh Governor Imran Ismail who gave love, we will definitely eat biryani.
