

Paris: The European Union has announced 100 million euros in aid to Afghanistan as part of a larger Afghan package to be presented next week.
Addressing a meeting in France, European Union President Arsala van der Leyen announced additional aid to Afghanistan, saying the 27-nation alliance stood with Afghan citizens, whether in their own country or in neighboring countries.
The Afghan people will be given full support.
