ISLAMABAD: Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki has assured that the ban on Umrah from Pakistani Zaireen will be lifted soon.

According to details, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri had a meeting with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki.

Pak-Saudi relations and issues of mutual interest were also discussed in detail between the two leaders.

Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said that the government of Pakistan and the Ministry of Religious Affairs would extend all possible cooperation for the effective implementation of Saudi directives and SOPs.

Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki said that the demand for resumption of Umrah operation would be presented to the Saudi authorities as soon as possible. Soon the ban on Umrah from Pakistani Zaireen will be lifted.
