Berlin: NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg has invited Russia and NATO allies to resume talks.
According to media reports, after talks with German Chancellor Wolf Schulz, he told reporters that a series of proposed talks at the NATO-Russia Council would begin soon, aimed not only at resolving their concerns but also at listening to Russian concerns.
It should be noted that Europe has concerns that Russia wants to invade Ukraine.
Earlier, the German Foreign Minister had threatened Russia to pay a heavy price in case of an invasion of Ukraine.
During a press conference with his Russian counterpart during his visit to Moscow, the German Foreign Minister had said that Berlin would also bear its economic loss in order to protect its values.
