A group of 250 people in South Africa set a Guinness World Record by dancing Emapiano (a type of South African music).

As per media reports, the endeavor to make the record was made under the direction of South African actress and artist Bontal Modisile, artist Elfa Kate and organizer of Universe of Dance Quintess Jensen.

All the dancers danced to Elpha Cat’s song Shaya Lanto under the guidance of the trio.

A representative from Guinness World Records was present at the time of the record attempt, who presented the certificate to the organizers after the record was set.
