Lahore: Award-winning Canadian rapper Drake withdrew from the nominations for the highest “Grammy Awards” of music.
According to media reports, Drake was nominated in 2 categories, the ceremony will be held on July 31 in Los Angeles.
The rapper believes that nominating him only in the rapper category is tantamount to ignoring him, while most Canadian singers and musicians are also criticized for being of mixed race.
It was not immediately clear why Drake withdrew his candidacy.
