London: A number of celebrities, including Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise and Indian actress Sonam Kapoor, will attend King Charles III’s crowning festivities.
The gala event will feature performances by Bollywood and Hollywood movie and music stars on the second day of the coronation of King Charles III of Great Britain on May 7.
Hollywood actor Tom Cruise, the band The Psy Cat Dolls, and Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor will all be there. Sonam will be on stage to launch the Commonwealth Virtual Choir, according to a Variety story.
Sonam Kapoor, the daughter of Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, will be giving her first performance for the British royal family at this event. Tom Cruise had previously attended Princess Diana’s burial in 1997. With her husband Anand Ahuja and kid Vayu, Sonam resides in London.
It should be noted that the coronation celebrations and celebrations of King Charles III at Buckingham Palace will begin on May 6 and will continue throughout the week.
King Charles will be crowned on May 6 and a grand concert will be held to celebrate him on May 7.
