Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that Punjab government can use Rangers wherever it wants, Rangers will handle Karachi-style situation for 60 days.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that he had held talks with the leadership of the banned TLP many times and still requested the banned TLP to go back.
Sheikh Rashid said that the banned TLP could be declared a global terrorist organization and then there should be no international sanctions on the banned organization.
He said that the banned Tehreek-e-Libek was coming for sit-in for the sixth time even though the procession was set up to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr.
The interior minister said that in Sadhuki, they opened fire on the police with Kalashnikovs, killing three policemen and injuring 70 others.
