Lahore: All-rounder Imad Wasim called the captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, “the best player in the world”.
Imad Wasim made these remarks about the Pakistan captain after his brilliant century innings against New Zealand in the second T20I on Saturday.
The national captain scored 101 runs off of 58 balls with a strike rate of 174.13 in the second T20 game. Three sixes and 11 fours were featured in his inning.
After the game, Imad Wasim said to Babar Azam, “I think you’re the best player in the world right now.”
Imad Wasim remarked, “I have seen many innings, but this was in my opinion his best. Particularly, the way he continued the innings after the fall of three wickets was fantastic.” He is without a doubt the greatest player in the world.

On this occasion, Babar Azam expressed happiness in completing his third century in T20 International matches and said I am very happy to perform in this match. I had two good partnerships, and then our bowlers played well and played a major role in winning the match.
