Aqsa Afridi, the elder daughter of former cricketer and chief selector of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shahid Afridi, got married.
Shahid Afridi and his family did not post pictures or videos of Aqsa Afridi’s wedding on social media, however, the event company that handled the arrangements for Aqsa Afridi’s wedding shared videos of the marriage.
Aqsa Afridi’s wedding celebrations started on December 29, after which they got married on the afternoon of December 30, the video of which went viral on social media.
Aqsa Afridi is married to a boy named Naseer Nasir, about whom the Afridi family has not provided any information.
Aqsa Afridi’s wedding celebrations were kept very secret, attended by close relatives and friends of both families.
From the video of the marriage, it can be heard on behalf of Nikah Khawan that Aqsa Afridi’s haq mahr was kept as 131 tola silver, which is worth Rs 2 lakh 60 thousand 952 at that time.
Cricketer Shaheen Afridi was also seen in the viral video of the marriage, whose marriage has been fixed with Shahid Afridi’s second daughter in February of next year.
Shaheen Shah Afridi got engaged to Ansha Afridi in March last year.
Shahid Afridi and Shaheen Afridi’s family confirmed their relationship only after their engagement.
In July this year, after his engagement, Shaheen Afridi suggested that marriage is an upcoming possibility for him, mentioning that his fiancee is currently concentrating on completing her studies, while he is currently concentrating on cricket.
But ten days ago, sources from both families confirmed that Shaheen and Ansha Afridi’s marriage will take place in February 2023.
