Husain Haqqani is a famous Pakistani jounalist, political activist, and academic. He was born on July 1, 1956 in Karachi Pakistan. Husain Haqqani married to Farahnaz Ispahani (former producer at MSNBC & CNN) in March 2000. He started his early education in his hometown. Husain completed his degree of B.A in 1977 & M.A in 1980 from the University of Karachi. He is also the author of four famous books about Pakistan. His books are feartured in major publications in world like The New York Times, Foreign Affairs, The Wall Street Journal, & Foreign Policy.
He is well known for the former ambassador of Pakistan to Sri Lanka and US. Husain is also the political advisor for Nawaz Sharif and spokesperson for Benazir Bhutto. From 1980-1988 he also worked as a journalist.
