Syed Mujahid Kamran


Syed Mujahid Kamran is a famous Pakistani theoretical physicist. He is also a former vice-chancellor of the University of Punjab. Kamran was born in Gujrat, Pakistan on 23 January 1951. His father’s name is Syed Shabbir Hussain, he was a veteran journalist and scholar. He has 2 sisters & 3 brothers.

He started his early education at Sir Syed High School in Rawalpindi. Then he moved to Gordon College Rawalpindi to complete his BSc in 1969. He started his teaching career in 1979, after completing his PhD from Great Britain in 1975. He is also a teacher of PhD, MSc, and BSc at King Saud University (KSU) in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia.
