Biography

Frank Close is a famous British particle physicist. He was born on July 24, 1945. He completed his early education in his hometown. And completed his degree in BSc in physics at St Andrew’s University in 1967 and DPhill from Magdalen College, Oxford in theoretical physics. He taught physics at the University of Oxford. He is well known for his work and writing in scientific research. His lectures and writings are in such a simple language so that every person can understand science easily. He received numerous awards and recognition in his life including Fellow of the Institute of Physics in 1991 and Kelvin Medal and Prize in 1966.
