A.P.J Abdul Kalam was a famous Indian Aerospace scientist. He was born on October 15, 1931, in Rameswaram, Madras Presidency, British India (Today: Tamil Nadu, India). He died on July 27, 2015 at the age of 83 in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. He is currently resting in Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Desiya Ninaivagam, Pei Karumbu, Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, India. His full name Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam.
He was also known for serving as the 11th president of India (2002-2007). Some of his notable works are Wings of Fire, India 2020, Ignited Minds, Indomitable Spirit, and Transcendence: My Spiritual Experiences with Pramukh Swamiji.
He started his primary education from his hometown. He completed his graduation in BEng from St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirappalli, and MEng from Madras Institute of Technology.
