Charlton He started the Rutgers Animal Rights Law Project with his wife in 1990. The main purpose of this Animal Law Project is to encourage students to work for the rights of animals. He started his early education in his hometown. And completed his BA in philosophy from the University of Rochester and MA in philosophy and JD (Juris Doctor) from the University of Virginia.
