For me, the hardest part about living in Pakistan was that I couldn't help everyone. What ever I did was just never enough & no matter how many people we helped in one day, I was just never satisfied. The pain of not being about to help everyone kept me awake most nights.

Describing his difficult times in Pakistan, she wrote on Twitter that the pain of not helping every deserving person often kept me awake at night. It did not matter how many people we lost in one day. Helped because I was never satisfied.
Then I started to work with the @NichPakistan . With just one small donation, you get to know that you have given a deserving child the life saving treatment they need to get well. And to know you can ease a child's suffering so easily is an incredible feeling!
